You will develop questionnaires, manage data collection, perform analyses, and translate results into strategic recommendations for marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research with a proven track record of managing multiple end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop questionnaires and create content from scratch; manage internal/external teams through data collection and fieldwork.
• Process, analyze and report data; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Translate data into actionable learnings and compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture relationships with junior to mid-level Insights and Marketing stakeholders; mentor Associates and Sr. Associates.
• Oversee insights reporting and present findings with Senior Project Lead/Senior team member.
• Proficiency with market research software and Microsoft/Google Suites.
