Material is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Tracking, to support a project team with Fortune 500 clients and industry leaders. You will write questionnaires, manage data collection, address quality issues, and develop report charts to drive insights.

You will supervise multiple projects, manage documents, surveys, and data analysis, while learning cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency in a hybrid role based near Los Angeles, New York City or Austin.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Motivated to grow career and take on leadership tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects that achieve high-quality client results for Fortune 500 companies and global leaders.
• Write questionnaires, manage relationships, lead data collection, address QC issues and develop report charts.
• Oversee project components, including meeting documents, survey instruments and data analysis.
• Use analytical thinking to discern patterns and draw conclusions.
• Support management of quantitative and qualitative research from kickoff to delivery.
