Job summary

Material Holdings is seeking a Manager of Insights to lead and mentor research engagements. You will educate clients, frame insights for actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.

You will build and manage relationships with junior to mid-level stakeholders, while guiding Associates and Sr. Associates across US and India. Hybrid role near LA or NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• 3+ years in market research, managing end-to-end projects.
• Strong analytical skills with statistics and data visualization.
• Experience with qualitative research is a plus.
• Excellent communication to convey insights to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple research engagements; act as thought partner.
• Develop questionnaires and content; oversee data collection, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
• Translate data into learnings and storytelling with actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior associates and manage client relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
