Material seeks a Sr. Manager of Quantitative Insights to lead multiple research engagements and act as a thought partner to junior and mid-level clients. You will frame insights into actionable recommendations and build trust with stakeholders.

In this hybrid role based near Los Angeles, you will guide questionnaire design, data collection, analysis and reporting, mentor Associates and Sr. Associates in the US and India, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of market research experience with end-to-end project management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in market research software and Microsoft/Google Suites.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple research engagements; frame insights for actionable recommendations.
• Develop questionnaires and content from scratch; manage data collection, fielding, processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Translate data into insights and stories; present strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and associates; build client relationships.
