• Undergraduate degree with 10+ years relevant experience or graduate degree with 8–10 years relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-vendor support environments and MSP relationships.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of IT applications and MSP-driven support.
• Coordinate MSP activities for testing, maintenance, and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead incident, change, and problem management with external providers.
• Develop monitoring tools strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regular status reports and MSP performance metrics.
