American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is seeking a Sales & Senior Living Marketing Coordinator in a hybrid remote role, based near Milwaukee, WI. You will guide prospective residents and families through the senior living journey, supporting sales, marketing, lead management, and customer experience initiatives.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, exceptional service, and collaboration with community teams to meet community needs and drive enrollment.

Formación

• Prior sales experience; consultative or relationship-driven approach preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, website, referrals, and digital channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand resident needs, care requirements, and timelines.
• Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in the WelcomeHome CRM system.
• Coordinate tours and prepare sales teams with prospect information; perform post-tour follow-up.
