BlackSky Holdings LLC is seeking a Senior Launch Manager to drive launch campaigns, manage schedules and develop internal processes for training and supporting growing launch capability. This role requires coordinating with launch providers, tracking contracts, and leading onsite launch activities with travel up to 50%.

The position is based in Seattle on a hybrid schedule, with travel to Tukwila facility and launch sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of direct Project Management Experience or related experience.
• Experience working with hardware and software dependencies on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee launch contracting, documents and deliverables and scheduling.
• Develop integrated plans and schedules to support testing and artifacts.
• Own daily tasking and deconfliction of activities within launch campaign.
• Develop a training program for team members to support launch campaigns.
• Support the overall campaign as the onsite launch lead representative.
• Grow relationships with launch providers and track longer term opportunities.
