Evolv Technology seeks a Senior IT Systems Engineer to evaluate, deploy, manage, and maintain our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity tooling. You will be the technical engine behind a fast-growing company—delivering secure, scalable solutions that enable innovation while managing risk.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Technology, this role focuses on maturing IT Operations to meet business demands with 3 days on-site in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to improve security posture and support audit readiness.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 principles, and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and endpoint environments.
• Lead cybersecurity tooling and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Mentor juniors and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
