Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Exton, PA is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to drive learning initiatives across the site. You will develop role-based curricula, collaborate with content owners, and manage LMS activities to ensure compliance and learner success.

The role requires at least 5 years in L&D, a Bachelor's in a related field, and experience in manufacturing or regulated environments. This is a hybrid position onsite a minimum of 3 days per week with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD/HR/LD or related field (preferred or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in learning and development, training or educational roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/pharma/regulated industries with cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement competency and role-based curricula and assessments for compliance training.
• Govern LMS activities to ensure accuracy and timely training completion; educate managers on reporting.
• Assess training effectiveness using completion stats, feedback and quiz data to drive improvements.
• Lead global/center-of-excellence efforts to standardize and optimize L&D processes.
• Consult with stakeholders to develop blended learning solutions and train-the-trainer programs.
• Partner with HR to promote development, engagement and performance initiatives.
