Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Engineer to strengthen an enterprise data platform. You will design and optimize cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake and Azure, handling healthcare claims, eligibility, enrollment, and provider data.

The role emphasizes data security, governance, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. You will collaborate with business, finance, operations, and analytics teams, build automated CI/CD deployments with Azure DevOps, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
10+ years in data engineering/enterprise data warehousing, ideally healthcare.
Extensive Snowflake experience: ingestion, processing, security, tuning.
Azure DevOps with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release management.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and optimization.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage.
Knowledge of healthcare claims data, eligibility, provider data, and claims adjudication.
HIPAA, PHI/PII security, data governance, disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Ingest and transform data using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Azure Data Factory.
Create Bronze, Silver, Gold data layers for reporting.
Integrate healthcare claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider data.
Implement data quality controls and reconciliation rules.
Optimize queries, warehouse performance, and cloud resource usage.
Develop automated deployments, source control, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git.
Support Azure data services (ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage), SQL Server, and SSIS.
