Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Growth Manager, Nonprofit, to shape and execute regional growth strategies across the nonprofit sector. This role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to expand market share, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue, while building partnerships within the nonprofit ecosystem.

You will work with the Director of Growth for Healthcare and Nonprofit Verticals, influencing strategy and ensuring coordinated execution across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in growth strategy, revenue operations, or market development.
• Strong knowledge of the nonprofit sector (mission-driven orgs, associations, foundations, charities).
• Demonstrated success driving growth and market expansion in complex environments.
• Experience translating market insight and data into revenue-focused strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and drive cross-team alignment.
• Passion for helping nonprofit organizations achieve greater impact through technology.

Responsibilities

• Support Market Growth Strategies by maintaining nonprofit sector expertise and influencing strategy and positioning.
• Identify and unlock opportunities by analyzing data, signals, and insights to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Drive performance with growth plans aligned to revenue targets and by evaluating campaigns and investments.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, VAR, ISV and InLife.
• Build and strengthen the nonprofit ecosystem through partnerships, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Serve as a nonprofit industry champion at events, webinars, advisory boards, and thought leadership.
