Marsh Re is seeking a Senior Global Consultant to provide expert guidance on complex reinsurance scenarios and to partner with Brokers, clients, markets, Legal and Compliance. The role includes mentoring colleagues, driving operational improvements and representing Marsh Re in industry engagements.

The position requires a four-year degree and 10+ years of reinsurance experience, with strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• Four-year college degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in reinsurance and deep knowledge of insurance concepts, laws and industry trends.
• Ability to communicate complex information via presentations, negotiations and written communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Apply in-depth reinsurance and industry knowledge to advise Brokers, Client Support Services colleagues and clients.
• Provide company-wide technical expertise, mentoring and coaching, including guidance on complex reinsurance developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Brokers, clients and markets through effective communication and delivery of technical services.
• Identify and address potential concerns, risks and mitigation activities in collaboration with Marsh Re Legal and Compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and regulatory agencies, interpreting and presenting technical information to Senior Management and Marsh Re Leadership.
• Deliver outstanding client service, resolve complex issues and queries, and enhance Marsh Re's reputation.
• Promote process improvements and technology solutions to evolve the operational model.
• Represent Marsh Re in industry engagements and internal initiatives.
