Job summary

Marsh Re is seeking a Senior Global Consultant to provide advanced technical insight on complex reinsurance scenarios. You will collaborate with Brokers, clients, markets, Legal and Compliance to deliver solutions, manage risk and support account objectives.

Mentoring and industry representation are also part of the role. The position offers a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office and supports relocation to Philadelphia, New York City, or Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reinsurance and understanding of insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in client account management and relationship development.
• Ability to communicate complex information through presentations and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Brokers, Client Support Services colleagues and clients.
• Provide technical expertise, mentoring and coaching on reinsurance developments.
