Job summary

Marsh Re is seeking a Senior Global Consultant to join our Client Support Services team. You will provide advanced technical insight on complex reinsurance scenarios and partner with Brokers, clients, markets, Legal and Compliance to deliver work products.

This hybrid role is based in Philadelphia, New York City or Minneapolis, requiring in-person collaboration at least three days per week. You will mentor colleagues and help advance Marsh Re’s client service excellence.

Qualifications

• We require a four-year college degree and 10+ years in reinsurance with deep knowledge of industry concepts.
• Candidates should demonstrate success in client account management and complex communications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth reinsurance knowledge to advise brokers and clients.
• Provide technical consultation and mentoring to colleagues.
• Develop relationships with brokers, clients and markets through clear communication.
• Identify risks and report to legal/compliance, contributing to mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory stakeholders to present technical information.
