Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in a hybrid role, with 1–2 days per week in-office. You will design, build, and ship scalable web applications, collaborating with PMs, Eng Managers, and peers to deliver well-scoped features while promoting test-driven development and high-quality software.

You will work across SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud (AWS), and modern front-end tech (Next.js).

Qualifications

• Seasoned software engineer with strong full-stack background.
• Experience building scalable systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver well-scoped features.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD).
• Contribute to design and implementation of distributed cloud-based systems.
