Job summary

Workstream is hiring a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Lehi, Utah. This full-time, hybrid role requires strong experience across front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on scalable, high-availability systems and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver well-scoped features and drive quality through test-driven development, while communicating effectively with across-functional teams in English and,

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Experience building scalable, high-availability systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with AWS cloud platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-scoped product features with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering Managers, and engineers to ship features.
• Advocate for test-driven development to ensure quality software.
