Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support and analytics for the US Tissue Reconstruction division. You will forecast revenue and COGS, assist with annual budgets and strategic plans, and analyze monthly/quarterly results.

The role involves collaboration with marketing, sales, and accounting, and leveraging BI tools to automate reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A/finance with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and will join a hybrid role

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA and/or MBA a plus, but not required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or accounting roles, preferably FP&A.
Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Strong interpersonal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with marketing and sales to assist in revenue and Std COGS forecast, including scenario planning.
Partner with accounting to forecast Non Std COGS including Excess and Obsolescence and Scrap.
Calculate run rates and identify trends; provide financial support for budget and long-term plans.
Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis and partner with department leads to manage spend.
Support financial reporting and analytics using automation including AI; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews.
Maintain reporting relationships with CSS locations to improve understanding of the business.
