Job summary

Alfasigma in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Forecasting for its Rare Disease Commercial Analytics & Operations team, reporting to the VP of Analytics & Operations. This hybrid role requires 3–4 onsite days weekly and collaboration with Marketing, Market Research, Sales, and Finance to align forecasts.

You will own the inline and pipeline demand forecasting, build transparent processes, monitor accuracy, support launches, and brief senior leadership on risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma company or pharma-focused consulting.
• Forecasting experience; leading launch forecasting for specialty products preferred.
• Onsite in Morristown, NJ HQ 3-4 days/week; light travel up to 5%.
• Strong PM, communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own inline and pipeline demand forecasting process.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Research, Sales, FP&A, and Compliance to gather forecast inputs.
• Track forecast accuracy and drive improvements in models and processes.
• Report forecast outputs, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Support launch activities and post-launch performance tracking.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements in forecasting.
