Withum PC is seeking a Financial Services Audit Manager to lead and coordinate audit engagements across our hybrid offices in East Brunswick, Whippany, Red Bank, Orlando, Boca Raton, and New York City. You will oversee planning, staffing, and execution, delivering high-quality client service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, a CPA license, and at least five years of public accounting experience, including funds audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license is required (certification).
• Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff is expected.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills with US GAAP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement operations including staffing, risk assessment, fieldwork and financial reporting.
• Supervise staff and promote open communication with engagement partner.
• Collaborate on client issue resolution and advise on regulatory and accounting issues.
• Manage multiple engagements and budgets; provide leadership and mentoring.
