Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant to join our US team in a hybrid role. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close while delivering analytical insights to improve financial reporting and decision making.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and external auditors to drive accuracy and process improvements. The role blends accounting with financial analysis and model development, requiring GAAP/IFRS knowledge and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 3–7 years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Solid GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• ERP experience SAP/Oracle/Dynamics 365 preferred.
• CPA/CMA or active progress toward certification preferred.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and close packages.
• Analyze results, forecast variances, and provide management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, COGS, operating expenses, inventory, balance sheets.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for decision making.
• Maintain complex balance sheet reconciliations with cross‑functional teams.
• Support cash flow, working capital, and profitability analyses.
• Assist audits and SOX controls compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve reporting efficiency.
