Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant to join our US team. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, delivering analytical insights to strengthen financial reporting and business decisions.

The role blends accounting with financial analysis, balance sheet management, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Experience supporting audits and SOX-compliant environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and close packages.
• Analyze results, forecast variance, and prepare management reports.
• Analyze revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, inventory, and balance sheets.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for reporting efficiency.
• Maintain complex balance sheet reconciliations with cross-functional partners.
• Support cash flow, working capital, and profitability analysis.
• Assist with internal/external audits and SOX compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting.
