Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Sr. Protective Services Specialist to own the executive protection program, coordinating daily operations and protecting designated executives during travel, events, and at various locations.

This cross-functional role partners with internal teams and external partners and reports to the Director, Physical Safety & Security. The role covers planning protective details, threat intelligence profiling, risk assessments, travel advances, liaison with DESC, incident command, and KPI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive protection or corporate protective services experience.
• Experience designing and maturing security programs with vendor management.
• Experience with threat analysis and intelligence integration.
• Experience collaborating across Legal, HR, Facilities, Communications.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day executive protection operations.
• Develop threat intelligence profiles and assess risks.
• Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
• Plan and execute security advances for travel and events.
• Coordinate with DESC and law enforcement during incidents.
• Act as incident commander for EP-related emergencies.
• Establish EP program standards and KPIs.
• Manage EP vendor oversight and contract personnel.
• Provide security briefings to executives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
