Leidos Security Operations is seeking an experienced Executive Protection Program Manager to lead protective operations for our executive leadership team at Leidos Global Headquarters in Reston, VA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in executive protection, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience supporting executives or high-value assets in sensitive environments.
• Completion of a recognized executive protection training course.
• Strong threat assessment, advance planning, emergency medical response, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive protection operations for CEO and leadership with adherence to protocols.
• Recruit, train, and lead a three-person protection team and executive driver.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for events and travel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for event and travel planning.
• Coordinate with security analysts and government agencies for situational awareness.
• Budget management for external services and program procurements.
• Develop, document, and enforce use-of-force policies and training.
• Integrate cybersecurity and physical security in planning.
• Provide discreet intelligence briefings on geopolitical and security threats.
