Job summary

EP Wired is seeking a strategic Head of Protective Security in New York to oversee Executive Protection, Event Security, Aviation Operations, and Global Travel Security. You will shape and manage an integrated protection program supporting executives, employees, assets, and operations worldwide.

You will lead a global team, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure programs align with business priorities, regulatory standards, and evolving risk landscapes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in security operations and/or executive protection.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership and project management in matrixed environments.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of protection specialists.
• Manage budgets, resources, and key vendor relationships.
• Drive design and evolution of a scalable, intelligence-led protective security program.
• Oversee Executive Protection, Aviation Operations, Global Travel Security, and Event Security.
