Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Protection Specialist to safeguard senior leaders and coordinate security for domestic and international travel. The role operates in a hybrid model with roughly two days per week in an HPE office, requiring strong leadership, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include protecting executives, planning security for travel, sites, residences and events, and liaising with law enforcement and other agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multinational security experience, incl. executive protection.
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance.
• Current and valid driver's license; passport required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection for C-level executives and designated staff.
• Oversee high-risk travel and security planning for executives.
• Conduct site, residence, and event risk assessments.
• Coordinate with public and private sector partners for VIP security.
• Collaborate with internal teams on security for events.
• Support security projects and maintain industry-standard practices.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with protection methodologies.
