Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager in Grand Rapids, MI, to oversee scope, cost, and schedule for Flight Recorders development. The role supports a product-line approach with hybrid in-office presence on Tue–Thu.

An extensive relocation package is available for eligible candidates. The successful candidate will form project teams, manage scope and budgets, and lead risk management while engaging with customers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience (Including project management or Program Management).
• This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedules with cost and staffing demand.
• Lead Engineering content for gate reviews (Tollgates).
• Mentor junior EPMs and report to Senior/Executive leadership.
• Monitor and report project performance, including key metrics and variances.
• Develop and execute risk management plans.
