You will manage a global organization, guide teams through change, and ensure top-tier reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience running large teams at scale and transforming effectiveness.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to build software globally.
• Proven ability to reduce cloud spend and optimize costs.
• Experience leading through organizational change and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering estate including major solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Drive a nationwide/system-wide AI-enabled operating system transformation and automation.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Security, and Cloud Operations on decisions.
• Build, develop, and restructure a global engineering organization with integrity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, and GovRAMP.
• Travel occasionally to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
