Job summary

Catbird is seeking a Senior E‑Commerce Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of Catbird's online business. You will lead site operations end to end, set the digital roadmap with the SVP of Digital, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that elevate the digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in e‑commerce, owning site strategy, content, and operations.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Hands‑on leader able to switch between individual contributor and strategic manager.
• Deep experience with e‑commerce platforms, CMS, merchandising tools, and project management systems.
• Experience with Shopify, A/B testing, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management and long‑term strategy of the e‑commerce platform, migrating from Magento to Shopify.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital roadmap planning, budgeting, prioritization, and execution.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan launches and content for a cohesive digital experience.
• Set measurement framework and deliver KPIs and insights aligned to business goals.
