Job summary

Catbird NYC, a premium fine jewelry brand, seeks a Senior E-Commerce Manager to own the online business strategy, performance, and customer experience. This role leads site operations end to end and partners with the SVP of Digital on the road map.

In this hybrid role, you will drive platform migration to Shopify, manage key agency and platform partners, and mentor junior team members while reporting on KPIs and growth to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in ecommerce leadership with a track record of owning site strategy, content, and operations.
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams independently.
• Hands-on leader who can switch between IC and strategic manager.
• Deep experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS, merchandising tools, and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and long-term strategy of the ecommerce platform, driving performance and user experience.
• Lead end-to-end digital roadmap planning, including strategy, budget, prioritization, and maintenance.
• Collaborate on site marketing from content to launches for a cohesive digital experience.
• Set the ecommerce measurement framework and deliver KPIs and actionable insights.
• Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring productive relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior ecommerce team members and lead cross-functional initiatives.
