• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery, proactively resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful completion of milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and processes that enhance development efficiency, productivity, and software quality.
