Job summary

Horizon Organic Holding is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to lead demand planning and forecast generation across Operations. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate demand signals into actionable plans and to drive forecast accuracy improvements.

You will coach a team, optimize processes, and shape planning maturity in a hybrid environment based in Broomfield, CO.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
2+ years of managerial experience in supply chain.
APICS or IBF certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead demand planning and forecast generation across Operations.
Own end-to-end forecasting process across divisions.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts using data and market insights.
Drive continuous improvement program for forecast accuracy and bias tracking.
Define, monitor, and improve KPI metrics like forecast accuracy and bias.
Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and cross-functional alignment.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align plans.
Manage and develop a team of 3 demand planners; establish scalable processes.
