The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, documenting data mappings, and delivering enterprise data solutions across business domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in data analytics.
• Experience pulling data from SQL platforms and performing UAT on data products.
• Knowledge of data management concepts and governance tools.
• Experience modeling data across various delivery patterns and architectures.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify authoritative data sources and data fields for internal projects.
• Wrangle data using SQL or Python for analysis and delivery.
• Document complex data flows and mappings across multiple use cases.
• Create and run end-to-end test plans for data stories using SQL and Python.
• Translate business data needs into source-to-target mappings for data engineers.
• Mentor junior analysts on data policies and procedures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data defects and triage with teams.
• Communicate data flows and mappings to stakeholders.
