Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or 11+ years combined education/work experience.
• 5 years Financial Services experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving.
• Strong project management and leadership; cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced SQL programming knowledge; experience with Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Data Management Strategy and develop Frameworks, Policies, and Standards for the business unit.
• Implement the Data Management Program and train personnel across business lines and technology.
• Act as Data Steward and facilitate data management working groups.
• Monitor data quality via KPIs/KRIs and drive remediation of issues.
• Promote use of data management and BI tools and derived business insights.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate to identify critical data elements and capture related metadata.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage data projects.
