Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead MedInsight data products, bridging actuarial analytics with semantic intelligence on a modern data platform. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in product management in healthcare.
• MBA preferred.
• PM III requires BA/BS with 8+ years' experience in product management in healthcare; startup/consumer software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MedInsight product strategy and roadmap for inbound/outbound data products.
• Manage MedInsight operational readiness, defects, releases, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate analytic needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Advance semantic, AI-enabled, self-service capabilities and governed analytics within the platform.
• Partner with actuarial, informatics, finance, engineering, and vendor teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery decisions and resolve ambiguity to progress product initiatives.
• Drive adoption, governance, and measurable impact of MedInsight data products.
