Qualifications

• TX bar license in good standing.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 6+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling multiple cases, depositions, and court appearances.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Billing responsibilities and time-tracking.
• Draft/review petitions, motions, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings and client meetings as requested.
• Prepare for and take depositions.
• Support mediations and trial preparation.
