Qualifications

- Active Texas bar license in good standing.
- 3–5 years civil litigation experience, insurance defense preferred.
- Experience handling depositions, hearings, and motions.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage an independent litigation docket from intake to final resolution.
- Handle discovery, drafting responses, and motions.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
- Appear for court hearings, status conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Prepare comprehensive legal research, briefs, and case evaluations for carrier clients.
- Communicate with insurance claims adjusters and corporate clients regarding case strategy and budgets.
