The role reports to the CFO of Conifer Systems and collaborates with the Archaea Operational Accounting team, with hybrid work options and a path toward financial leadership. The candidate should have a strong track record in cost control, revenue recognition, and budgeting for complex projects, plus advanced Excel and BI tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 10 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or construction cost control.
• Experience with project cost control and revenue recognition strategies.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office; BI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements including balance sheet and income statement.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition through percentage of completion for construction/manufacturing.
• Analyze and control costs for business unit projects.
• Support SOX compliance activities and external audits.
• Lead month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy.
