Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience OR eight+ years without a four-year degree.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control functions for the project, driving baseline cost deliverables.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly reports and oversee cost forecasting.
• Provide guidance to junior project controls personnel and lead team with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with JV partners and field teams to resolve issues impacting project execution.
