Versant Media in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting to support monthly and quarterly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting under US GAAP and SOX. The role partners with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Payroll and FP&A to drive process improvements, ERP transformations, automation and AI initiatives.

Hybrid work requires three days per week in the Englewood Cliffs office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchase order and invoice accounting activities, ensuring compliance with policy and controls.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and accruals for corporate activities.
• Own reconciliations, including certification, documentation and addressing reconciling items.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L variance analyses with explanations for management review.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Payroll and offshore teams to validate source data.
