Job summary

TransUnion seeks a Senior Content Strategist to shape narratives from business challenges to execution. You will partner with strategy, marketing and product to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality, audience-centered content across formats and channels.

As a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications, you will write thought leadership and bylines, translate complex topics into clear stories, and continually optimize content based on performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, editorial, content marketing, agency strategy, journalism or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution.
• Experience transforming business challenges, market dynamics and audience insights into content strategies.
• Understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation and brand-building principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI-enabled content tools and workflows.
