Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, storytelling, and content creation capabilities.
• Experience working in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and calendars that support business objectives, brand awareness, lead generation, recruitment, and audience engagement.
• Create content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Write, edit, and optimize social media copy, articles, campaign messaging, videos, graphics briefs, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication aligned with initiatives, campaigns, events, and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform complex insurance concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Monitor and manage company social media accounts daily; respond to comments, messages, inquiries professionally.
• Foster meaningful interactions with customers, agents, employees, partners, and prospects to strengthen engagement.
• Identify opportunities to participate in industry conversations to enhance brand visibility; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop initiatives to increase follower growth, engagement, and audience quality; implement organic strategies.
• Support employee advocacy and executive visibility initiatives; stay current on trends and best practices.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product, Compliance, HR, and Leadership to support initiatives with content; coordinate with designers and vendors.
