Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years minimum in consumer lending and 4+ years reviewing loan applications with judgmental decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate loan applications based on credit union policies; approve, counter, or deny based on underwriting and risk mitigation.
• Utilize credit reports to calculate lending ratios and determine capacity and loan-to-value within guidelines.
• Maintain understanding of state and federal lending laws and compliance, including AML and Truth in Lending.
