Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Construction to lead full-cycle recruiting for construction roles across multiple markets and support enterprise hiring priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and build proactive pipelines.

You will own intake, interview strategy, and candidate evaluation while delivering a high-touch experience and aligning with workforce plans and compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in construction/real estate.
• Proven success recruiting for Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Experience with active sourcing and Boolean search.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for construction roles.
• Manage high-volume, multi-market requisitions across pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview strategies.
• Deliver professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth hires.
