Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications/public relations/agency environments.
• Proven end-to-end program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive storytelling across the Small Business commercial unit.
• Manage campaigns independently and build cross-functional alignment.
• Provide executive communications and leadership narrative counsel.
• Develop narrative frameworks, message maps, and Q&As.
• Measure campaign impact using data-driven insights and comms metrics.
