Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners seeks a Senior Project Manager in Everett, WA, to lead both office and field teams on projects ranging from $5M to $20M+. You will guide operations, develop PMs, and implement scalable processes to drive efficiency and profitability.

The role partners with ownership to shape strategy, manage client relationships, and deliver on budgeted targets while maintaining a strong, team-driven culture. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects (drywall/metal framing a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, estimating software, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Strong client relationship development and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and budgets under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and direct project activities to meet financial targets and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead and mentor the Project Management team, Foremen, and Leads to support a positive workplace and growth.
• Identify cost-saving and quality-enhancing initiatives.
• Maximize productivity and minimize waste through labor, tools, and materials allocation.
• Resolve project issues to maintain efficient, profitable workflows on job sites.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and identify change order opportunities.
• Review plans and specs to develop accurate cost and labor estimates for budgets.
• Evaluate contracts and bid documents to provide necessary technical information.
• Gather site data to monitor progress and budgets; prepare monthly updates.
