This hybrid role blends office collaboration with remote work, and offers a benefits package including 401K, healthcare, bonus structure, and learning reimbursements. Requires P&C license, 5+ years in commercial lines, strong communication and presentation skills; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Property & Casualty License.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
• Assertive self-starter with ability to influence others.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Proficient with agency software and MS Word/Excel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned habitational top-tier accounts.
• Lead retention and growth, present strategy and risk management plans.
• Renewal liaison for producer book; coordinate with account managers.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure renewal success.
