Job summary

Gen II seeks a Senior Client Success Manager for its Sensr Data Solutions. You will own client relationships, drive value, and lead onboarding, adoption, and retention for a fintech SaaS platform serving private capital managers.

You will coordinate with product teams, extract data, and deliver best-practice guidance while maintaining strong client satisfaction and strategic advisor status. Hybrid US-based role with discretionary bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in the fintech software industry.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, especially private equity reporting portals.
• Private Equity knowledge required.
• Experience implementing large data sets on SaaS platforms and data extraction.
• Spot inefficiencies, propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Identify product gaps, communicate needs and test with the product team.
• Technical knowledge and business acumen with fast learning ability.
• Able to adapt to changing processes in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention and satisfaction.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive value of products and services.
• Maintain and develop client success strategies and internal knowledge content.
• Communicate needs and learnings with internal teams and leadership.
• Maintain client success metrics and data as directed.
• Advise internally on data and platform best practices.
• Utilize Salesforce to track all client interactions with detailed notes.
