Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee the delivery of our workplace financial wellness program for an assigned client portfolio. You will onboard new clients, engage them regularly, and provide comprehensive reporting to drive participation and outcomes.

The role also supports the financial mentoring program, collaborates across teams, and helps evolve the program based on client needs and usage trends. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and delivery of the financial wellness program for assigned clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, platform setup, and launch readiness.
• Provide regular client reporting and engagement strategies to improve participation.
• Support client retention and growth through proactive relationship management.
• Assist in financial mentoring and educational workshops as needed.
• Coordinate with technology partners for platform setup and usability improvements.
• Ensure activities align with industry regulations and internal requirements.
