Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is hiring a Client Success Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing delivery of our workplace financial wellness program for plan sponsor clients. You will manage onboarding, stakeholder communications, and program reporting while supporting mentoring initiatives and group education.

The role requires 3–5 years in client success or similar roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and reporting tools, and a collaborative, engaging approach in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• 3–5 years in client success, account management, or employee benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily onboarding and operational implementation of the financial wellness program for assigned clients
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including kickoff calls, platform setup, and launch readiness
• Ensure onboarding is delivered consistently and within established timelines
• Function as the key contact for plan sponsor clients, handling regular communication and support
• Conduct regular client check-ins and deliver engagement reporting
• Support client retention and growth through program participation improvements
• Provide backup for 1:1 financial mentoring and assist in group education sessions
