Progressive is seeking a claims specialist to play a critical role in resolving large‑loss injury claims valued over $60k. You will investigate complex cases, consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved, and use the information gathered to determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.

This is a hybrid role requiring about four days a month in the office for meetings and training, with coaching from a supportive team.

Competenze

• Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling.
• Three years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree
